Property Description

Initially comprising 4 bedrooms - a Super King Size Master Bedroom with luxury linens, furnishings and en-suite bathroom, a Queen Size Bedroom and two Twin Bedrooms again all with quality linens and furnishings. There is also a second Family Bathroom. Three of the bedrooms also have cable TV.

We have provided for you a fully equipped Dining Kitchen with everything the discerning Cook or Chef requires......not to mention the inevitable clean up.

The seperate dining area makes a beautiful space in which to enjoy that special meal with your family or friends.

The lounge has two sofas, one of which converts to a Queen Size Bed. There is also an entertainment unit with large screen cable TV, DVD, VCR and also Music System.

Our home also benefits from fully encrypted High Speed Internet / WiFi capability, so that you can keep in touch via email or Skype whilst away from home.
The garage has recently been converted to a Games Room and contains an 8 foot Pool or Snooker Table and also a 7 foot Air Hockey Table both of excellent quality. The Pool Table also converts into a full size Table Tennis Table. The Games Room is completed with the addition of a child friendly Dart Board. This makes the Games Room a perfect space for both Adults and Children to have fun perhaps during the wetter moments in the climate.

To the rear of our home is a TRUE South Facing Pool Area with a 24 x 12 foot Pool which has colour changing fibre optic lighting, making it a real children pleaser for night time swims. We have also provided a 4 person Hot Tub which can be used free of charge and is great to relax in after a hard day at the parks or shopping. To complement the pool area there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and three sunloungers all with quality padded cushions.
