Relax and enjoy our large 30’ x 15’ south facing pool. There is optional heating to maintain the temperature at approximately 84 degrees. Enjoy the integrated, raised executive 8 person Hot Spa.

For additional safety - the patio doors which lead out to the pool have alarms so you know when they have been opened and a child safety fence is provided.

Our exclusive villa is furnished to a high standard with full air conditioning or heating for your comfort.

Furthermore this villa has 9 New HDMI Flatscreen TV’s incorporating a
60" LED HDMI Internet TV with 1200W DVD Cinema Surround sound in the living area, 50” Plasma HDMI TV for the Games consules which include X Box 360. Wii, PS2, and a large furnished Games Room.
Large fully equipped Kitchen including a fridge freezer with Ice Maker, dishwasher, gas tange and grill.

From the kitchen you have access to two dining areas.

Laundry room with Washer, separate dryer and ironing equipment.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
At the end of the Family room, there is the Breakfast Dining Area -
A great place to eat your breakfast and view the pool and the lake.

There is also a large formal Dining Room, Seating at least 8 people.

If you would prefer to eat outside, there is a large table with chairs on the patio, plastic cups and plates are provided for your safety.

We also provide a Charcoal BBQ for Cooking by the pool gas ranges can also be hired.

All types of local restaurants are available, many will offer take away food for delivery.

FAMILY ROOM - A large south facing room with newly tiled floors, opening onto the pool with 60" LED HDMI TV with 1200W Cinema Surround sound and DVD. Cable channels include Disney and Sports channels including European Soocer. Plug in your IPOD for superb music sound. Seating includes a double sofa bed.

GAMES ROOM – with CD stereo and a variety of games including Airhockey, Pool Table and Table soccer.

BEDROOMS - Two doubles on the ground floor one ensuite and with an extra bathroom downstairs. Two doubles on the first floor (1 ensuite). Also 3 twin bedrooms on the first floor with an extra family bathroom. All bedrooms have either 32" or 24" Flatscreen TV's with cable and DVD's

It has all the facilities you will need for a great vacation as well as being situated only 15 minutes drive from the entrance to Disney World. 9 TVs in total also Nintendo Wii, XBOX 360 and PS2.

The south-facing villa is situated in a quiet conservation area with woodland and lakes on the doorstep.
Fishing is permitted in the lake at the rear of the property, where you will see many wild birds and animals. Including our friend Donald the Duck and his 4 wifes!
