Property Description

Welcome to our lovely 3 bed 2 bath villa, located on the beautiful Southern Dunes community. The villa has it's own private south facing pool, and overlooks the 2nd tee off on the championship golf course. Just outside the community you will find an array of shops, restaraunts and lots more, very convenient for your days in at the villa. If it's days out you want, then all the major attractions are with in easy access, including sea world, Disney World and all the other fantastic attractions that Orlando Florida has to offer.
*LOUNGE*
The lounge has two sofas. It is beautifully furnished and has cable TV DVD/CD/VCR for your enjoyment. We also have a new XBOX games console and ceiling fans.
*DINING AREA*
There is a table with six chairs and the patio door opens up to the pool area.
*KITCHEN*
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. There is a range, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher ,waste disposal and much more.
*MASTER*
The master suite has a queen size bed, cable TV and telephone, there is also an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. This is a lovely room at the back of the house, overlooking the pool, complete with ceiling fan.
*DOUBLE BEDROOM*
Here we have a double bed, large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. There is also a TV and hairdryer.
*TWIN BEDROOM*
The twin room is beautifully furnished with twin beds and again a large wardrobe plus plenty of storage space and a TV/DVD player.
*POOL AREA*
Our pool is south facing so gets the sun all day, it is screened and overlooks the 2nd tee of the golf course, therefore is very private. we provide a BBQ, table with large umbrella, chairs, loungers and beach towels.
We also have a retractable awning, if you need a little break from the sun.
*TWIN BEDROOM*
The twin room is beautifully furnished with twin beds and again a large wardrobe plus plenty of storage space and a TV/DVD player.
