Patio doors open out onto the Lanai and pool area. There is also access to High Speed internet, and free local and long distance telephone calls.

Master Suite 1
A luxury American King sized bed (6ft) and bedroom suite with a huge walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. This room has its own cable TV, phone, and a ceiling fan. The en-suite offers separate shower cubicle and feature bath, twin washbasins in a built-in vanity unit and a separate WC. It opens out onto the lanai/pool area giving easy access for that early morning swim.

Master Suite 2
A luxury American King sized bed (6ft) and bedroom suite. This bedroom has its own cable TV, phone and ceiling fan. Large closet and en-suite bathroom, comprising washbasin in vanity unit, shower in bath and WC. This also opens directly onto the pool. Hairdryer supplied.

Bedroom 3 Twin
Twin beds, large closet, dresser, mirror and cable TV.

Bedroom 4 Twin
Twin beds, large closet, dresser, mirror, cable TV, DVD and playstation 2.

Bedroom 5 Twin
Twin beds and bedroom suite. This bedroom has a large closet and immediately next door is a fully equipped bathroom. Hairdryer supplied. This bedroom has its own cable TV and a ceiling fan.

Pool/Patio
Fully screened, private 30' x 15' heated swimming pool with raised jacuzzi, features steps down into the pool, underwater night illumination. The pool decking is especially designed to keep cool, even in direct sunlight. There is a covered 16' x 12' Lanai, which is a covered porch area overlooking the pool. It has a ceiling fan light to help keep you cool. Sun loungers and patio sets are provided. The entire area is covered with a fine mesh screen to keep out any stray insect. Privacy fence. A gas BBQ is provided for your use so all you need is the meat and wine.

Laundry/Utility Room
Doing the laundry is not my number one activity on vacation. However it's great to have the facilities right there if you need them. The villa has a large washing machine, tumble dryer ironing board and iron.
