Property Description

Our villa is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, privately owned, single storey villa with screened pool. Close by are golf courses, supermarkets, bank, post office and petrol stations, plus numerous fast food restaurants. It is luxuriously furnished throughout and the screened pool area at the rear of the property contains high quality patio furniture and sun loungers and access to a bathroom directly from the pool. The villa has vaulted ceilings and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, and in addition has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the lounge area.

BEDROOMS
The accommodation comprises 2 master bedrooms (both with en-suite facilities) and hairdryers. The main Master bedroom has a US King size bed and the 2nd Master has a US Queen size. There is also a further Double bedroom, plus 2 twins (1 with a "Nemo" theme), and these three bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom. All the bedrooms have ample closet space and sleep up to 10 guests, and most have TV's. In addition we also have a cot, high chair and stroller for any little ones , making the villa ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing.

FAMILY ROOM
There is a spacious, open plan living room with patio doors leading to the pool area. The living room has a formal dining area with large table and seating for 6 people and contains excellent quality furniture comprising three seater sofa bed, (which sleeps an extra 2 people), two seater sofa and an armchair. There is a large colour TV, PS2 with games, DVD player with films and also a CD stereo player for your entertainment when you need to take a break from the Theme Parks!

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of Maytag appliances including large cooker with easy to clean ceramic hob and matching built-in microwave. There is a large fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the necessary cutlery, crockery etc. to cater for up to 12 guests and a breakfast nook containing a table and 4 chairs plus all the usual kitchen appliances i.e. toaster, coffee percolator, liquidiser, kettle etc. A dishwasher and garbage disposal unit are incorporated for your convenience and there is a utility area within the garage containing a separate washer and tumble dryer.

POOL AREA
There is a covered lanai off the main living area with light and ceiling fan above and high quality patio furniture. Your own private South West facing 30' x 15' pool has "Florida Glass" (opaque screening) on the lower portions and sides for extra privacy and comes complete with sun loungers for your relaxation. There is also a child safety fence which is removable if not required. There is also direct access from the pool to the main bathroom which is an added bonus.

All towels and bed linen are included, although you will need to bring your own beach towels as these are not provided.

Please note that neither smoking nor pets are allowed inside the villa or in the pool area.

We have a Coded Door Lock, so no need to collect keys from anywhere on arrival and a reliable, friendly, Management Company located just around the corner, who are available for any assistance you may need during your stay.
