Welcome to our 4bed 2bath luxury villa, located on the Highlands Reserve community. The villa is perfect for families and very well loacted, being only 15 minutes to Disney World and with in easy access to all other major attractions that Orlando Florida has to offer. The villa is located next Highlands Reserve golf club in which all our guest have access to, also available for guest are a childrens play area, communal poolnd tennis courts.

*The Lounge*
The lounge area has a large 37" lcd cable tv with over 90 chanels to choose from, dvd player with dvds.two comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofas to sink into after a hard day out at the theme parks or at the golf course. Along side the sofas you will find a coffee table, side tables, ceiling fan lights and a telephone with free local calls and high speed Internet access.

There are 4 luxury bedrooms in the villa with the master bedroom over looking the privatge pool, and has a King sized bed with bedside cabinets, lamps, large dresser and mirror, with walk in wardrobe with ample hanging space for all your clothes.

The Master Bedroom also has a 20" LCD cable TV with DVD and ceiling fan lights. There is also a radio alarm clock, hairdryer and built in safe for you to use.

The Queen Bedroom has a Queen sized bed with bedside cabinets, lamps, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan lights and a 20" LCD cable TV. Also has a hairdryer for you to use.

There are two further Twin Bedrooms that have built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and 20" LCD cable TV's and alarm clocks.
*The games Room*
A fantastic place for everyone to relax and have some more fun, the games room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey and electronic darts, there are also games and books for the younger ones.
*The Pool*
After a day at the parks come and ENJOY our private 24 ft x 12 ft fully meshed screened swimming pool which keeps out all the bugs but still allows you to top up your tan while relaxing. There is also a lanai and ceiling fan over the decking area if you need some shade or just to cool off.

Along side the pool you will find 4 padded sun loungers, a patio table with 4 chairs, for that al-fresco dining, whilst also maybe even enjoying a night time swim in this perfect setting.
