Part 1: Booking Terms and Conditions
1. A non-refundable deposit per booking is required for £200/$360 or 20% whichever is the greater of the vacation rental and will be confirmed by e-mail. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. A Processing fee of £15/ $25 is applied to all reservations and is non refundable and non transferable.
If you are reserving an Orlando villa/property within 8 weeks of the arrival date the TOTAL amount of the reservation is due immediately with the total sum automatically becoming non refundable. The final payment due date is contained in a booking confirmed e-mail. Payments not received within 21 days of the given Final payment Due date may incur a £25.00/$40.00 late fee.
Refund policy: In the unlikely event DisneyVillaVacations has to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or the home owner has not updated their availability calendar DisneyVillaVacations will endeavour to transfer your reservation to a vacation home of similar specification and standard. In the unlikely event that DisneyVillaVacations can not find a suitable alternative then all monies paid to Disney Villa Vacations will be returned Excluding the Processing Fee. Under no circumstances will DisneyVillaVacations have to pay any compensation to the renter in the event of a cancellation or relocation of a booking.
2. Confirmation of your reservation will be e-mailed to you with details of the booking/rental.
3. DisneyVillaVacations will not be held accountable for owners failing to update their availability calendars. Owners who fail to conform will be removed from the site.
4. Reservations must be a minimum of 3 nights subject to the villa owner’s discretion. Reservations for less than 7 nights will be subject to a cleaning fee which is cost dependant on the rental property starting at $150. If a home owner declines a minimum stay reservation then Disney Villa Vacations will contact you the renter to transfer your reservation to a suitable property with your consent. In failing to find an alternative suitable property all monies paid will be paid back to the renter with no compensation.
5. Amendments of reservations: charges of £45 or $70 will apply to all reservation amendments excluding additional requested services and extended stays.
6. Final Payments: DisneyVillaVacations will contact you the renter 8 weeks prior to the arrival date which can be found on your reservation confirmation. DisneyVillaVacations will request final payment via e-mail (it is the renter’s responsibility to notify DisneyVillaVacations of any change of e-mail address). Failing to respond to our request by either e-mail or telephone for final payment may result in your reservation being cancelled with no refunds.
7a. Security bond will be added to final balance as an alternative to ADW (section 7b below) upon request: All reservations made through DisneyVillaVacations.com are required to pay either a security bond of £250/$350 or ADW Accidental damage waiver; this is required at the time of your final payment and is intended to cover any accidental damage and/or loss of items from the villas inventory and property during your stay, the guest agrees that the lead name on the reservation booking form is held solely responsible. The security deposit is fully refundable within 28 days of the departure, after DisneyVillaVacations receive confirmation either from the villa owner or their local management company that no damage or loss has occurred during your rental period.
7b. Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW)
Alternatively to providing a Security Bond guests have the option to purchase ADW which excludes the need to pay for a security bond. ADW will be automatically applied to the reservation unless you have opted to Pay a security bond. The cost of ADW is $95.00 / £59.00 and will be applied to your final Payment. ADW will cover up to a maximum of $400/£300.00 for accidental or inadvertent damage to the Vacation home, if this exceeds $400.00 / £300.00 DisneyVilla Vacations will bill the Guest for the shortfall with the guest agreeing to pay any outstanding amounts. DisneyVilla Vacations reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to pursue the amount owed from the Guest. Please Note that intentional damage or gross negligence to the Vacation home will result in additional costs. The guest agrees that the lead name submitted on the booking form remains responsible for all loss from the property or its inventory during the Rental Period. Please note: Fees paid for ADW are NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments for ADW will not be accepted after the guest has entered the vacation home. The lead name will be held responsible for any damages that are not covered by ADW. A Valid Credit Number must be provided to DisneyVilla Vacations, Property Manger's may also require a credit card number on arrival to act as security damage in the case of Intentional damage. Please Note You must notify DisneyVilla Vacations of ANY damage to the unit during your occupancy or this plan is void. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services such as the vacation properties and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver, registration form and/or their security deposit form upon arrival.
ADW ensures that you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental.
a.ADW does not cover loss of use of the Vacation Home.
b. ADW does not cover damage caused by any pet brought to the Vacation Home.
c. ADW does not cover Theft or Loss of Keys
d. ADW does not cover Acts of God.
e. Intentional damage is not covered under ADW.
f. ADW does Not Include defect of Electrical Appliances
g. ADW does not cover additional cleaning or removal of excessive trash
h. ADW does not cover damage caused by misuse of BBQ.
The Lead name on the Reservation Authorizes DisneyVilla Vacations or Management Company to charge any additional fee's to cover:
i. Non return of Keys.
j. Intentional damage caused to the home.
k. Damage due to Unauthorized Pets in the home.
DisneyVilla Vacations will also hold credit card details of all guests, and any damages will be automatically deducted after an inspection of the home when you leave and where any damages or breakages are found. A charge of 10% will be added to the owner’s costs to cover our admin and credit card fees.
8. In the event of damage to the premises, its equipment, furniture, or carpeting, Renter shall be responsible for damage costs exceeding the security deposit, including collection costs and attorney’s fees. Documentation and Photographic evidence detailing damages and charges will be provided to the guest if requested.
9. No Animals or Pets are permitted in any of the Vacation Homes unless authorised by the home owner. Extra cleaning fees may be applicable. Failure to adhere to this term will result in you the renter being removed from the property. Disney Villa Vacations will not be held accountable for any refunds or compensation due to failure to comply with this term.
10. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside any of the vacation homes listed on this site.
11. BBQ’s should not be used in the pool and spa area. BBQ’s must only be used on the lawn area outside the pool screen. The lead guest will be held responsible for all damage resulting in misuse from any BBQ rental and extra cleaning fees will apply.
12: Pool Heat: The renters understand that if the pool heat drops below 55 degrees the pool heater may shut of. Contacting the management company may solve this problem. There are no refunds for pool heat; no compensation will be given due to a malfunctioning pool heater. Refunds will only be given if the pool heater is physically broken and proof of this should be obtained in writing from the management company. For security reasons the pool safety fence must be kept erect at all times. Do not allow unsupervised children to play in the pool or spa area, items such as cloths, toys etc must not be left in the spa. The pool is cleaned and treated every week for your safety; on rare occasions it may be necessary to apply extra treatment to the pool to maintain correct chemical levels. Should this occur on your stay it will be necessary not to use the pool and spa for a period of 12-24 hours.
13. Standard check out time is 11am and check in time is after 4pm unless otherwise stated by the villa owner. Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability. Payments and confirmation for this service will be applicable only on completion of your final payment. Early check in time will be 11.00am and late check out time will be 5.00pm
14. Occupancy: Under no circumstances must the maximum number of guests exceed the total stated on the vacation rental listing. Violation of this term will result in you being removed from the premises, with no refunds or compensation.
15: DisneyVillaVacations ask all of the management companies to deal directly, promptly and immediately with any concerns or complaints our guests may have during their rental period. The management companies have the rights to negotiate directly with the guest in order to resolve any issue’s or concern’s at that point in time. The renters are required to register any complaint with the management company involved and demand proof of the claim. DisneyVillaVacations will not accept any unregistered complaints made during or after your stay. Refunds or compensation will not be provided to a guest if the claim was not registered with the management company during the guest’s rental period. The claim must then be validated by the management company.
16: In the unlikely event a property should go on the market for sale or the property should sell and no longer be available for rental, DisnyVillaVacations will make every effort to find similar accommodation to suit your needs. If no comparable accommodation can be found the renter will have the option of selecting from available properties at the published rate or request a full refund of monies paid, excluding processing fees.
Cancelation Policy
By booking with DisneyVillaVacations you understand and accept the cancelation policy outlined below: DisneyVillaVacations reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date.
In the event that the renter should have to cancel a reservation then DisneyVillaVacations must be notified in writing immediately, the following will apply:
Cancelation 8 weeks prior to the arrival date will result in loss of deposit (in some cases the deposit may be transferred to another date)
Less than 8 weeks - 100% rental charge. For most reasons beyond your control cancellations will be covered by your Travel insurance.
In case of "force majeure" your booking may need to be terminated prior to the scheduled conclusion of your booking, this is unlikely to occur, although if the situation arises we will not be able to offer refunds, Your Travel Insurance may cover you for these events.
DisneyVillaVacations provide a service for property owners to display their rental accommodation on this website and have made every effort to ensure that all the information that is provided on this website is correct. It is the advertisers (villa owner) responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date. DisneyVillaVacations will not accept or warrant responsibility for any misrepresentation or inaccuracy in text or images displayed on the site which has been provided by the villa owner. Any Dispute regarding the Vacation home must be dealt with the homeowner or Local Property Manager Directly.
The owners or agents will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, and technical/weather, problems with transport, aircraft grounding, and closure of airports.
All homes listed on the site are of the highest standard, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your vacation home then please make contact with the managmenet company for your chosen rental, a management contact folder can be found at your chosen vacation rental, You can however contact Disneyvillavacations for assistance in which we will act on your behalf.
All Vacation homes listed do have a local property management company and do reserve the right to change without notice the fixtures, fittings and general decor as part of ongoing development and maintenance of the property. Disney Villa Vacations will not be held responsible for any acts, omissions and changes beyond our control. Of our principals (such as rental management companies and property owners) or of those for whom we act in the capacity of agents, over whom we have no control
• In the unlikely event that due to any circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time, and will only be held liable to refund monies already paid by you the client.
All the Vacation Homes listed on are maintained by Local Management Companies, we Do Not accept any responsibility for the malfunction for any Electrical equipment, This includes such things as Pool Heating & Air-Conditioning/Cable TV/Telephone Services/Internet Services
• Guests using any vacation homes listed on this site are responsible for all damages and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay and the cost of repair/replacement - please note that guest liability in this respect is not limited to the security deposit amount.
• Please note that as Florida is a tropical State, insects such as ants and other pest are occasionally inevitable, and are not cause for complaint. The villas are treated periodically as part of a pest and termite control programme.
• DisneyVillaVacations.com and the villa owners whose property is listed do not accept liability for any injury, Damage or Loss sustained by any Member of your party or by any persons entering the Home during your rental period.
• Please note, the information and prices shown on DisneyVillaVacations.com website may have changed by the time you come to book your stay. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the website and prices at the time of requesting the booking, regrettably errors do occasionally occur.
• DisneyVillaVacations.com reserve the right to change the reservation if circumstances beyond our control make the home no longer available for reasons such as house Sold or Damaged Home or Double Booked or Declined by Owner.
• This contract is subject to and shall be construed solely in accordance with the laws of England and America and all parties herby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and U.S Courts. This Reservation becomes a binding agreement once you submit or send Payment or give us your credit card information for your rental deposit. By sending a payment or providing credit card details in response to you booking a vacation home constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these terms, conditions, and restrictions as printed above. YOU ARE AGAIN REMINDED OF THE ADVISABILITY OF TAKING OUT ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY.
