Villa Owner Listing Terms And Conditions
1: By submitting a listing on disneyvillavacations.com you agree to the BOOKING terms and conditions and the Villa Owner Listing Terms and Conditions set out by disneyvillavacations.com.
2: Owner agrees to pay a set-up fee of either £20.00 or $35.00 per single listing; £30.00 or $45.00 for two listings or £40.00 or $65.00 for multiple listings. This is a onetime set-up fee to activate your listing and once payment is received listing is guaranteed to be live within 24 hours. Payment can be made via credit card or cheque. The DVV team are on hand to help set up your advert and assist on uploading images upon request.When listing your vacation rental please be sure to include in your prices Disney Villa Vacations 15% commission plus all other taxes.
3: Home Owners have the right to accept and decline any reservation made by DisneyVillaVacations within reason.
4: Once DisneyVillaVacations receives a confirmed booking with deposits paid, we will confirm the booking details with you. The sites booking procedure requires a deposit of £200/$360 or 20% which ever is the greater to secure reservation. All owners agree that DisneyVillaVacations will retain 15% of the agreed rental rate and all other charges on deposits only; all other charges will be met by the guest.
5: DisneyVillaVacations will send out all necessary information for the guest to locate and access your vacation rental. This information must be provided by YOU the home owner each time we receive a booking for your home. Please note that we only send this information once final payment has been made by the guest. The security deposit made by the guest will be held by DisneyVillaVacations, Home owners requesting this to be held for damage caused to their home must provide us with photographic evidence with the date shown, within 24-48 hours due to the guest departing. Any further legal action to obtain monies must be taken by you the home owner. We will provide all necessary information.
6: DisneyVillaVacations require the details of your management company for villa verification and information packs sent out to the guest.
7: All bookings are to be made through the DisneyVillaVacations website, and no direct contact information may be placed anywhere on your Disneyvillavacations.com listing. Any direct contact information for home owner will be removed and may result in villa being removed from the site.
8: DisneyVillaVacations will require your management company to provide in full detail any and all details of any accidental/damages caused to your home.
9: DisneyVillaVacations has the right to remove any home at any time where complaints have been made with regards to the listing, or maintenance/condition of your home.
10: After accepting the agreement of a Reservation the home owners are responsible to return all deposit Payments in Full to the Renter If they sell their Vacation home, DisneyVillaVacations will not be held responsible for returning there commission from a Payment.
11: Failure to honor confirmed and accepted reservations owners will be held liable to pay DisneyVillaVacations commission.
12: Where the booking is taken within 8 weeks of travel the booking will be paid in full to DisneyVillaVacations. If full Payment has been made we will deduct 15% Commission and then forward the Remainder on cleared funds being received.
13: All Payments to Owners will be paid Pound Sterling cheque or Bank direct transfer. Other paymnent methods can be arranged upon request.
14: The villa owner Warrants and accepts that the information with regard to the properties listed is accurate and true. Any credit card chargebacks or refunds due to inaccurate listings or for any reasons out of the control of DisneyVillaVacations are to be fully refunded by the villa owner to DisneyVilla Vacations including all credit card charges.
15: DisneyVillaVacations will collect all monies and then forward Payments Directly to you the home Owner on cleared funds being received. Payments will be settled in Pounds Sterling. Payments can be settled in US Dollars upon request and will be converted at the days rate set by DVV.
16: DisneyVillaVacations will send out all the information for guest to locate and access your home, please be assured this information will only be passed to the guest once full payment has been received and cleared by DisneyVillaVacations, it will also be held in the strictest confidence on our server. This must be provided each time we do a reservation for your home.
17: Villa owner payments will all ways be received prior to the guest arrival.
18: Any legal action to be taken against the Renter will be the responsibility of the home owner; DisneyVillaVacations will provide full contact details of the Renter.
19: Sales and Tourist Tax is the Responsibility of the home Owner.
20: It is the responsibility of the home owners to keep all villa details updated including access and management details, DisneyVillaVacations will not accept No Responsibility for any Inaccuracies regarding your listing.

DisneyVillaVacations.com reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice with immediate effect. It is the villa owners responsibility to check the terms and conditions for updates.
