The resort features 3-4 bed townhomes to 3-4-5-6-7 bedroom luxurious villas with games rooms, children’s park, volley ball court, club house, nature trails, tennis courts, swimming pools, private Jacuzzi, villa games rooms, absolutely everything to make your villa vacation one to remember, and with this being one of the closest resorts to Disney it’s no wonder it’s a family favourite. Watersong Resort
The Watersong resort built by Park Square Homes in 2006 boast some of the finest homes in the Davenport area of Orlando Florida.  Surrounded by peaceful and tranquil settings, these Mediterranean style homes are well positioned and you can reach the main gates of Disney in under 20 minutes, surrounded by 20 championship golf courses all with in a 20 mile radius, You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, Post office, Petrol station, Supermarket, Walgreen’s chemist, Super Wal-Mart, Dentist, Salon, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. The Windsor Hills Resort boast some fantastic on site facilities for all the family including a large lagoon style pool, cinema, children’s play area, gym, video arcade, games room, putting green, volley ball courts, tennis courts all for the guests use. The resort is one of the closest resorts to Disney’s main gates being only 2 miles drive away and a shorter drive to the 192 cram packed with shops, diners and lots lots more. Terre Verda Resort
The Terra Verde Resort is located just 3 miles south of the 192, just 10 minutes to Disney and only 20 minutes from Orlando international airport. Completed in 2005 the resort has some excellent features including a Mediterranean style club house surrounded by a lush tropical landscape, showing you the best of Florida. The resort is a unique mixture of residential homes and and has some excellent resort facilities including a gym, meeting rooms, spa services and lots more. The resort has become very popular with villa renters and is sure to give you a vacation you will never forget.

The Solana Resort is a purpose built community of rental homes including a large clubhouse with all the facilities you would expect from a top notch resort.
